Sauce Ingredients
1 onion, finely sliced
3 tbsp butter
1 tsp ground green chillies
2 tsp Gorima’s Green spice
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 tsp sesame seeds
1⁄2 cup cream

Method
Gently fry onion in butter until soft.
Add chillies, spices, garlic and seeds, followed with the cream. Simmer for a few minutes.
Veggies
2 cups chopped butternut, carrots, gem squash, baby marrows, 1⁄2 cup cream-style sweetcorn. Steam chopped vegetables. Place in a casserole dish. Spoon sweetcorn over vegetables. Top with the cooked sauce. Cover, and bake at 180 degrees for 15 mins.
