Ingredients
1 kg chicken pieces
6 tbsp tasty chicken marinade
1 tbsp ginger & garlic paste
1⁄4 cup oil
4 tbsp Mrs M’s Peri Peri sauce
1⁄2 cup water
6 to 8 small pickling onions (*optional)
1 green pepper sliced (*optional)
1 red pepper sliced (*optional)

Method
Step One
Marinate chicken with ginger garlic and tasty chicken marinade.
Step Two
Leave to marinate for a minimum of 1 hour. Add 1⁄4 cup oil to an oven tray and set chicken pieces. Place peppers and onions (or any veggies of choice) in between chicken pieces. Add 1⁄2 cup of water to oven tray. Cover tray with foil (poke holes in foil to allow for air). Roast in oven at 180 degrees for approximately 1 hour or until chicken is cooked. Turn chicken occasionally to ensure that it is evenly cooked. Remove from oven, pour Mrs M’s Peri Peri sauce over chicken just before serving.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with savoury rice or baked potatoes.
