Ingredients
500 g prawns
50 ml oil
1 onion chopped
1 1⁄2 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp red chilli paste
1 tsp crushed garlic
1⁄4 tsp black pepper powder/ black pepper crushed
175 ml Coimbra sauce
200 ml fresh cream
Salt to taste

Method
Add oil to pan on medium heat. Add mustard seeds and let them simmer for 2 mins. Add onion and let simmer until golden brown. Add red chilli paste & crushed garlic and simmer for 5 mins on medium heat. Add prawns and simmer until half done. Add black pepper powder / crushed black pepper. Add salt to taste. Add coimbra sauce & fresh cream and simmer for 10 minutes. Use Dhania for garnish.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with noodles or naan.
