Ingredients
400 g steak strips
1 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder
1 tbsp red chilli paste (optional) 1 onion
1⁄2 bottle Kashmiri chilli sauce
2 tbsp crushed garlic
1 tbsp ginger
2 g thyme/ fresh thyme
4 tbsp soy sauce light
50 ml oil
Salt to taste

Method
Marinate steak with: Kashmiri Chilli powder. Kashmiri red chilli paste (optional), ginger, crushed garlic, soy sauce & oil. Add oil to pan. Add thyme & onion, sauté until golden brown. Add marinated steak and cook until dry.
Add salt to taste.
Add Kashmiri sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with garlic naan
