Ingredients
2 cups boiled beans
3⁄4 cup oil
2 cups onions
1 cup grated tomatoes
4 tbsp Ramborossi masala 2 tsp salt
3 green chillies
2 tsp ground garlic
1⁄2 tsp jeera seeds
1⁄2 tsp mustard seeds
2 potatoes cut in quarters
Method
Add oil to a pan and sauté onions. Add mustard seeds and jeera seeds. Add Gorima’s Ramborossi masala. Add garlic.
Add tomatoes.
Add salt to taste.
Add potatoes and boiled broad beans and cook for 15 minutes.
Tempering Ingredients
2 tbsp ghee
2 slivered garlic
1 tbsp fresh dhania 1 tsp curry leaves
Method
Heat ghee in a pan. Add above ingredients. Add to cooked broad beans and potatoes.
