COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1.The competition is a paid competition between Gorima’s and Lenoor Delights. By entering this competition, you accept and agree to the following terms and conditions which will govern the competition. The rules can only be modified by Gorima’s and Lenoor Delights. Only entries received through our online loyalty program platform will be considered. All entries must be done by swiping your Mrs. M Rewards card and purchasing any of the Lenoor Delights products available in all our Gorima’s stores. Entries are not limited, so enter as many times as you would like to.
2. You may only enter this competition if you are a citizen and permanent resident of South Africa, 18 years of age or over, residing in South Africa, and a registered Mrs. M Rewards card holder.
3. The winner will be required to present a valid South African ID document to accept the prize(s). It is the winner’s responsibility to collect the prize from a Gorima’s branch that’s convenient for him/her.
4. The competition will run for one months. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost or delayed. Entries reflected for the loyalty program will be treated as the only validation source and will be the only evidence of successful entries.
5. There will be three winners chosen randomly per monthly cycle and the prize(s) is neither negotiable nor transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
6. The prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions not mentioned hereunder, but in accordance with relevant South African legislation. Gorima’s & Lenoor Delights reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable for any unforeseen reason.
7.The random draws will take place on the last day of the month(s), winners will be contacted telephonically and announced on social media platforms.
8. Gorima’s and Lenoor Delights will try to contact the winners for seven days following the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to messages within that period, or chooses to decline the prize, then their prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be drawn as soon as possible.
9. By entering this competition, the entrant consents that the Gorima’s and Lenoor Delights may use names and images taken of the winners for social media and website purposes, without any further remuneration being payable to the winner. The winner may decline to participate in any promotional activity by notifying Gorima’s in writing. All promotional material will become the sole property of Gorima’s and Lenoor Delights
10. The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. You may not enter the competition if you are a director, member, partner, employee, tenant (or employee of a tenant), agent, consultant or supplier to Gorima’s or Lenoor Delights, or their respective spouses, partners, family members (parents, siblings, and children), business partners or associates.
12.Participants in this competition hereby indemnify, release, and hold harmless the Gorima’s and Lenoor Delights and their successors, employees, officers, suppliers, contractors, agents, consultants, directors, and shareholders from and against any losses, claims, proceedings, actions, damages, liability for harm, injury or death, demands, expenses or any costs howsoever arising out of their participation in this competition or their use of the prizes, and/or any person with whom they share that prize.
12.Participants in this competition hereby indemnify, release, and hold harmless the Gorima’s and Lenoor Delights and their successors, employees, officers, suppliers, contractors, agents, consultants, directors, and shareholders from and against any losses, claims, proceedings, actions, damages, liability for harm, injury or death, demands, expenses or any costs howsoever arising out of their participation in this competition or their use of the prizes, and/or any person with whom they share that prize.
13. The laws of the Republic of South Africa govern this competition.
14. This competition is not in any way affiliated to and/or endorsed by the loyalty program holding company.
15. Participants understand and agree that to offer the competition, Gorima’s and Lenoor Delights must collect and use personal information about participants.
16. Gorima’s and Lenoor Delights reserve the right to cancel, modify, or amend the competition at any time if deemed necessary in their own opinion or if circumstances arise outside of their control.
